I Build Websites That Help Small Businesses Grow
Smallsky Creative was created with one simple aim: to help small businesses look like good businesses online.
Not flashy. Not overcomplicated. Just clear, structured websites that support growth.
Before moving into web design, I spent decades working across international sales, marketing, operations and logistics. I worked with businesses selling into over 60 countries, managing commercial strategy, distribution and performance.
That exposure to different markets and business models sharpened my understanding of positioning, messaging and commercial clarity. It’s an experience that now shapes how I design websites.
I don’t just think about how a website looks. I think about how it works. Who it’s for. What it needs to achieve. And how it supports your wider business.
From Corporate to Creative
After many years in the corporate world, I decided to follow a long-standing interest in design and digital strategy.
Smallsky Creative brings together both sides of that experience.
Creative thinking, supported by commercial awareness.
That means when we work together, you’re not just getting a designer. You’re getting someone who understands margins, positioning, customer journeys and long-term growth.
How I Work
I keep things straightforward.
You’ll deal directly with me from start to finish. No account managers. No layers. No jargon.
We start with clarity. Define the audience. Refine the message. Map the structure before design begins. Then build something clean, modern and easy to manage.
Most of the websites I create are built on Squarespace. It offers the right balance of flexibility, reliability and ease for small businesses, allowing you to manage your site confidently without technical stress.
Based in Warwickshire, Working Across the UK
Although I’m based in Warwickshire, I work with businesses locally and throughout the UK.
Some clients prefer in-person meetings. Others are happy to collaborate remotely. Either way, the focus is the same — building a website that genuinely supports your business.
A Long-Term Approach
A website shouldn’t be a one-off transaction.
I include ongoing support because websites evolve. Businesses grow. Messaging changes.
My aim is not just to launch your site. It’s to build something that continues to work for you over time.
Let’s Keep It Simple
If you’d like to explore what your website could be doing better, let’s have a straightforward conversation.
No pressure. Just ideas.
Good websites start with clear thinking.
