Working With Me 🤝

  • I bring over 40 years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations to every project. That means I understand how websites fit into real business goals — not just how they look. I’ll help you create something that works hard for your business, not just something pretty.

  • Of course! I always offer a free, relaxed chat - no hard sell, just an open conversation about what you need and what’s possible.

  • It begins with a chat to understand your goals. Then I’ll send a simple Project Confirmation outlining pages, inclusions, costs, and timeline. Once you’re happy, we get started.

  • Not at all. I work with clients across the UK (and a few beyond). Video calls make collaboration easy wherever you are - and if you’re local to Leamington Spa, we can meet for a coffee.

  • That’s completely fine — most people don’t at first. I’ll help you figure out what’s realistic for your goals, your audience, and your budget.

Design & Features 🎨

  • Nope — every site I build is designed from scratch on Squarespace, tailored to your business and your goals. I do create my own demo templates for inspiration, but your site will always be unique.

  • Absolutely. Your colours, fonts, and tone of voice form the foundation of your design. And if you don’t have a defined style yet, I can help shape one that feels right for your business.

  • Yes — blogging is brilliant for visibility and SEO. I’ll even show you how to do it effectively and confidently.

  • Definitely. Squarespace is flexible, so you can add e-commerce, booking systems, or membership options whenever you’re ready.

  • 100%. Every design is optimised for phones, tablets, and desktops so your site looks great everywhere.

  • None that you need to worry about! I handle all the tech setup — you’ll get an intuitive editor to make simple updates yourself.

Pricing & Payments 💷

  • Small business websites typically start from £500 for a one-page design (plus a blog page if needed). A 25% deposit gets the project started, and you’ll always get a clear breakdown before we begin — no hidden extras.

  • You’ll pay Squarespace directly for hosting (around £204 per year, with 20% off your first payment) and for your domain (around £16 per year). Your first year’s domain is free when you start with me.

  • Most projects take 3–4 weeks, depending on how quickly content and feedback come together. You’ll always get a clear timeline before we start.

  • Yes - your first year’s maintenance is included. After that, ongoing support is available from £30 per month.

  • Yes, depending on project size. Staged payments can be arranged to help manage cash flow.

  • That’s no problem — I’ll simply revise the quote for any new pages or features, and we’ll agree before anything changes.

Technical & SEO 🔧
