Our Squarespace Template Policy

Template Delivery and Usage

When you purchase a Squarespace Template from us, you will receive a link to accept the template as a new website.

This template will not be added to an existing website unless you have discussed it with us first.

We aim to deliver your template within 48 hours, but please note that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

Once added to your account, the template becomes your responsibility for content addition and site editing. Accidental changes to the template cannot be reversed.

Template Repurchase Policy

Your template purchase includes one delivery only.

If accidental changes occur or if you fail to accept the template invitation within 6 months, necessitating a resend, repurchase of the template is required.

Similarly, if your free trial expires and your website is marked for deletion, repurchasing the template is necessary for a resend.

Website and Sales Page Bundles

When Website and additional Pages are purchased together, they will be sent as a single website unless otherwise requested.

Please note that the Sales Page design may slightly differ from any demo as it adopts the Website Template's design settings.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

Refunds are not issued after purchase.

Please thoroughly review template demos, features, FAQs, and requirements before making a purchase.

Support Policy

We provide assistance regarding template-related issues, installation, downloads, provided files, and associated problems. However, we cannot offer support for general Squarespace inquiries, template modifications, coding alterations, or software-related issues. Support is available via email, with a response time of up to 48 hours on business days.

Copyright and Licensing Policies

Template Usage

Each template purchase grants a license for one project/website only. Repurchasing is required for multiple uses.

Photography provided is for demonstration purposes only and must be replaced with your own sourced images.

Designs are copyrighted to smallsky Creative and may not be resold or claimed as solely one's own.
