Your Personalised Website Roadmap
A detailed PDF created specifically for your business
You receive a tailored plan that sets out your suggested page structure, content guidance, image requirements, a realistic budget, and a timeline you can follow at your own pace. It is designed to remove the guesswork and help you make confident decisions. -

Clear, simple pricing
Each session costs £100, and includes your personalised roadmap, the charge will be credited against any future website project
The clarity session is a paid service because you receive structured guidance and a tailored plan created specifically for you. If you decide to go ahead with a website later, the full amount is deducted from the project price. If not, you still keep the roadmap and the clarity it gives you.
You go away with a clear understanding of what your next step should be and a plan that supports your business rather than adding pressure.
Why people choose a clarity session
Most people reach this point before they are ready for a full website. They want honest guidance, a clear plan, and someone who can help them move forward with confidence. The clarity session gives you the space to think, ask questions, and understand your options before you commit to anything.
-
Most small business owners know they will need a website eventually, but they are not always sure when the right moment is. The clarity session helps people understand what a website should do for their business and whether now is the right time. It brings calm, structured thinking to something that can feel overwhelming, and removes the fear of making the wrong decision too early.
-
A website built too soon, on the wrong platform, or with the wrong structure often ends up costing more in the long run. The clarity session gives people the chance to explore ideas properly before they commit. They can see the pages they actually need, the content that matters, and whether a website is even appropriate at this stage in their business.
-
Not everyone is ready for a full project, and that is absolutely fine. The clarity session gives space to talk through ideas, ask questions, and get professional insight without any obligation or expectation. It is a safe first step that helps people feel more confident, informed, and supported.
-
Many people simply want to understand what a website will involve before they commit to one. The session offers a complete overview: structure, timing, costs, content, images, and the practical steps needed to build something effective. With the full picture laid out clearly, the decision becomes much easier.
-
Every business is different. A template or generic guide never matches the needs, goals, or tone of the person behind it. The clarity session gives them a personalised roadmap that reflects their audience, their brand, and their ambitions. It gives people confidence that their website will make sense for them, not just look good.
-
The session costs £100, but the full amount is deducted from the project price if they decide to move ahead later. This makes the session feel risk-free. Even if they choose not to build anything yet, they still leave with a structured plan they can use in their own time.
It is a supportive first step for anyone who wants clarity, confidence, and a website plan that makes sense for their business.
I can't recommend Howard enough, he did a fantastic job on my website, and is an absolute legend :)
How it Works
Step 1 - Book your session
Choose a time that suits you and confirm your £100 clarity session. You will receive a short confirmation with everything you need.
Step 2 - We meet for a one to one call
We talk through your business, your goals, and the role a website could play. You can bring questions, ideas, worries, or nothing at all.
Step 3 - I create your personalised roadmap
Within forty eight hours you receive a clear, structured plan showing your suggested pages, content guidance, image ideas, budget and next steps.
Step 4 - You decide the next step in your own time
Use the roadmap on your own or come back when you are ready. If we work together later, the full £100 is deducted from the project cost.

-
You and I take a steady, structured look at your business, your goals, and the role a website could play. It is relaxed, friendly, and focused on giving you clarity rather than pushing you towards a particular decision.
-
The fee covers the time it takes to prepare and deliver the session and to create your personalised website roadmap. It is a proper piece of consultancy work rather than a brief conversation. If you choose to go ahead with a website later, the full amount is deducted from the project price.
-
The free consultation is a short introductory call that helps us get to know each other.
The clarity session is a much deeper piece of work. It includes a longer meeting, tailored guidance, and a personalised roadmap you can use immediately. It is designed for people who are not ready to commit but want proper direction and a clear plan. -
Then I will tell you. The purpose of the session is to help you make the right decision, not to sell you a service. Some people leave with the confidence that it is better to wait, and that is perfectly fine.
-
Not at all. There is no expectation to continue. You are free to follow the roadmap yourself, save it for later, or pass it on to another designer if you prefer.
-
Within forty eight hours of the session. It is written specifically for your business and structured so you can follow it easily, even if you decide to build the site yourself.
-
Yes, if you want further guidance or want to revisit your plan as your business develops. Many people book a second session when they feel ready to move forward.
-
You can reschedule if needed. The session fee is non refundable once the roadmap work has begun, as it is created specifically for you.
-
Some people like to include a partner or colleague. That is completely fine.
-
Yes. Many people book the session to decide whether to refresh, rebuild, or simply improve what they already have.
-
If it affects the structure or clarity of your website, yes. Everything ties together.
